I have heard that they are trickier to re-batch. I make tallow based soaps and have only re-batched once. Loved the results.Tanya Murrayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04867118885094628168noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2805326905560957917.post-7292029321442095532011-12-14T00:56:42.940+13:002011-12-14T00:56:42.940+13:00They are gorgoeous. I think the muffin moulds have worked wonders, but yes silicone mould would give them an additional charm.Shaheenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03602971207085826708noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2805326905560957917.post-12550344478644368202011-12-13T00:45:07.235+13:002011-12-13T00:45:07.235+13:00One big tip: Watch out! It on the freebies page of my farm site at providenceacresfarm.com. Just use the link at the top of the home page. It's really and truly free, just for anyone to use.

I like to use my medicinal healing herbs in soap. Dried and powdered they will colour it too.

Thank you for the award!Sheryl at Providence Northhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07127223943390691667noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2805326905560957917.post-90885141357981089212011-12-12T16:53:39.977+13:002011-12-12T16:53:39.977+13:00Hi Melanie, thanks a lot for that, I will definite...Hi Melanie, thanks a lot for that, I will definitely check it out next time I'm at the W/H.Cabbage Tree Farmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13035566919486082520noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2805326905560957917.post-46091808038445852332011-12-12T16:49:56.268+13:002011-12-12T16:49:56.268+13:00The Warehouse has just gotten in some super cute f...The Warehouse has just gotten in some super cute flower and insect silicone cupcake molds. I picked both up last weekend for just $6.99 on sale each. I've tried them for hand-milling and they worked out great, although you'd want to pic and choose the flowers as some have more details than others which can be an issue if you are using petals.Melanie McMinnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05430618724517454456noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2805326905560957917.post-34718718530626673302011-12-12T14:49:09.171+13:002011-12-12T14:49:09.171+13:00Hi Ms Lottie

Pressing a craft stamp is a good idea, I don't have any as yet.
I should add they were dried petals, although I guess you could use fresh.Cabbage Tree Farmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13035566919486082520noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2805326905560957917.post-12031581147168486142011-12-12T12:54:46.899+13:002011-12-12T12:54:46.899+13:00I love the look of those calendula petals. I've thought about pressing a craft stamp into the soap when it's still soft - but haven't tried it yet.Charlotte Scotthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11696100659597422648noreply@blogger.com
