Baby chicks have hatched

Aren't they cute?

7 out of the 12 eggs I purchased hatched out over 12/13th Jan. Here are 5 of them that G managed to catch for the photo!

    Can you tell if they are roosters or pullets at this stage?

    Usually we can't tell if they are boys or girls until they are much bigger. Tell-tale signs are - longer legs, bigger combs, and pin like feathers just above their butts!
