i'd say a tigridia - strange name, still in the iris family. nope not a siberian, they don't tend to be strippy, and like the bog better, the tigridia tends to rot in wet footed places.

It most likely is an Iris Bridget. I'll have to go and consult my book and see what cultivar it is. Gorgeous!

Hi Maa, it looks similar to the Siberian Iris yes but doesn't have the stripes inside at the top, so I'm not convinced it is that.
