2 cups SR flour pinch salt 20g butter 1 1/2 cups cooked mashed pumpkin
Preheat oven to 200 deg C. Rub all above ingredients together in large bowl. Add 1 beaten egg and about 3 Tbsp milk, just enough to form a soft dough. Turn onto floured surface and press gently to about 3cm thick. Cut into squares or rounds with a cutter. Brush with milk and bake on ungreased cold trays for about 15 mins.
