New Seasons Garlic

We harvested our garlic a couple of weeks ago and this year I plaited it up for storage. It wasn't too tricky once I got the hang of it. I used these instructions. We harvested approx 3kgs this year, each plait weighed in at approx 500gs and there were x6 in total when I finished plaiting them up. The biggest cloves will be saved for seed for next season.

Wow I love to see how you plait them. Thats a really a good harvest of garlic you have there. We don't have luck with garlic this year compared with last year.

Hi Malay-Kadazan girl
Hope you get to grow some good garlic next time. Last year we didn't grow any and the year before we grew lots but a lot went moldy (very humid here, plus I don't think we dried them long enough in the sun).
Best wishes

Are these all the same variety?
What level of garlicness?

Hi Dr Mum
Yes all the same variety, not sure of it's name, it is the pink skinned one.
Quite strong good flavour, although the cloves are not all that big from the dry weather.
